As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant (TA) in Bovington, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with mental health needs, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Of Mental Health Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualised support plans for students with mental health needs.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
* Monitor and assess progress, provide feedback to relevant parties, and adjust support strategies as necessary.
* Collaborate with other support staff and families to ensure a cohesive approach to development.
* Create a positive and inclusive environment.
* Use a variety of methods to engage and motivate students.
* Maintain accurate records of progress and report to relevant parties.
Requirements Of Mental Health Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to establish trust and rapport with all members of the community.
* Deep commitment to helping students with mental health needs.
* Relevant qualifications or training preferred.

* The right to work in the UK.
* An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one.
