Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business within real estate and sustainability markets.
* Client Acquisition & Retention: Build relationships with new clients and nurture long-term partnerships to drive repeat business.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales team to meet targets and grow client relationships.
* Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities. Particularly within the real estate sector.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of tailored solutions.
* Sales Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
* Networking: Represent the company at industry events to generate new leads and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications:
* 8-10 years of sales experience in management consulting, real estate, sustainability, or related fields.
* Strong knowledge of the real estate or sustainability sectors.
* Proven ability to lead sales teams and build client relationships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
