Key Responsibilites: Maintain the resident billing records ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate Raise and process invoices for residents and local authorities in a timeous manner Ensure correct contract and funding documents are in place from the Home Managers and Local Authorities Ensure any change in funding arrangements are reflected accurately in the resident billing records Allocation of all monies received from various fund sources Processing direct debit collections Liaising with residents, families and local authorities regarding any unpaid invoices ensuring credit control procedures are adhered to Accurate recording of money received for resident personal allowances Calculating and arranging refunds as and when required Excellent telephone manner Any other reasonable duties as required About You: You will have excellent numeracy skills and be proficient in microsoft office. Good communication and literacy skills. Knowledge and experience in dealing with correspondence with third parties, residents and external professionals is essential. A sound knowledge of care home settings would be an advantage with the ability to develop internal and external relationships with our Home Managers, wider teams and local authorities.
