This position will combine a mix of hands-on technical work and functional activities such as requirements gathering etc. Expert experience using Service Cloud to build and develop customer service workflows and processes : adept in Service Cloud Console, Case Management, and Omni-Channel Routing. Advanced expertise in Salesforce Flow with proficiency in at least one additional language: Apex, Visualforce, or JavaScript. Proficient in CI/CD practices and tools: ensuring efficient workflows and streamlined development processes. Certified in Salesforce Service Cloud Skilled in other Salesforce technologies and their integration Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical topics. Accustomed to working in regulated environments with a strong focus on data privacy and data security.
