The Role
Due to significant growth and future work, we’re seeking to recruit a Project Support Coordinator to join Fortem based in Sheffield. You’ll be an integral part of a wider team, where we’re responsible for enhancements to a large number of properties across Sheffield. The Project Support Coordinator will provide coordination to core workstreams and the completion of key tasks that will facilitate smooth operational running and continuous improvement.
The Project
The key duties and responsibilities of the Project Support Coordinator will include:
1. Maintain and update property lists, sharing them with the teams as needed.
2. Keep the master list and Connect updated to reflect accurate progress and performance.
3. Help coordinate Electrical and Asbestos compliance, sharing information with CLOs, Site Managers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
4. Make sure all certificates and documents are collected, checked, and ready for handover.
5. Report on completed properties and ensure sign-off is recorded.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
Essential:
1. IT and data handling skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
2. Excellent organisational skills.
3. The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors.
Desirable:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in a Construction within a projects or social housing environment.
