Your Role
The Neighbourhood service is looking to recruit an Assistant Team Lead who has experience of working with adults in line with the Care Act to promote and enhance their well-being.
The post holder will provide leadership at an appropriate level to establish and maintain a strength-based culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, and outcome-focused. This includes providing supervision and support to the staff team as well as contributing to the ever-developing service.
About You
We are looking for somebody who:
1. Is a team player, who has experience and drive in developing and supporting newly qualified and experienced social workers to achieve the best they can.
2. Has good time management and organisation skills.
3. Has ambition and creativity; we are a developing service, and we are looking for individuals who can be creative and good at problem-solving.
4. Has the ability to understand budgets and their impacts.
