Customer Services Executive, Hull
Description
Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit additional staff to join their experienced and highly professional customer services team. Working from their offices in the Centre of Hull, you will be given customer accounts to manage and develop as you build lasting relationships with business customers in the UK.
Key responsibilities:
* Dealing with calls/emails/webchats from customers daily
* Handling their queries and dealing with issues
* Placing orders and taking detailed specifications of their requirements
* Inputting information on the computerised system
* Liaising with internal departments including production and logistics to ensure deadlines are met and the customer receives their order on time
* Making calls to customers regularly to maintain and develop the business relationship
The candidate:
You will come from a customer services background and ideally understand manufacturing processes in order to represent the company in a knowledgeable manner. You will have high standards of customer care coupled with the IT skills in order to keep information up to date and produce reports when required.
