As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Transport team managing logistics, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input and maintain records and data using appropriate systems and software. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and compliance with data protection guidelines. Communication: Assist in good communication with drivers and customers, facilitating effective communication within the team. Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining business documents, policies, and procedures. Support in the preparation of regular reports, and statistical analysis when required. Customer Service: Assist in delivering excellent customer service, by responding to queries promptly and professionally. Support the logistics function in ensuring driver licence codes are obtained and holidays planned effectively. Essential Skills Previous experience as Transport administrator Excellent communicator & relationship builder Excellent attention to detail Strong ability to understand, translate and present large amounts of complex data. Able to work as an individual as well as part of a team. Demonstrate tenacity, diligence & resilience. Sound IT & PC skills including all Microsoft packages and Teams.
