Mackenzie King is excited to be recruiting a Credit Controller/Billings Officer for a trusted client in Colchester, who is looking to add experience to the finance team. The Credit Controller/Billings Officer will have experience in the collection of debt, with a good knowledge of how the full finance function works.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maximise debt recovery by talking with our customers to arrange payment of invoices.
2. Run debtor invoices through the system.
3. Chase all overdue accounts via telephone, email, and post.
4. Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
5. Build great working relationships with colleagues in other areas of the business.
6. Support other members of the team as needed.
Key Skills & Attributes:
1. Strong Credit Control/Billings experience.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
3. Confidence communicating at all levels, both internally and externally.
4. Ability to adapt and show resilience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year
