I am currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Partner based in Birmingham City Centre for a National Law firm who is keen to appoint an additional Commercial Property Partner into their team. Salary dependant on experience. This is an opportunity to join a team of entrepreneurial and forward-thinking lawyers in the next phase of their exciting growth and strategy plan.
Already working on behalf of a number of high profile clients who are household names, the appointed Commercial Property Partner will be able to further develop the commercial property offerings together with managing your own caseload of real estate transactions.
1. As the appointed Commercial Property Partner, you will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record to date and will be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law.
2. You will ideally be a Partner and will have developed a depth of knowledge in all areas including development and investment, regeneration work, and general commercial property matters.
3. Applications are also sought from Senior Commercial Property Associates who are frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm and are looking for the next step on the career ladder. You MUST have a following for this role.
4. As the chosen Commercial Property Partner, you will play a key role in the exciting growth phase that this firm is experiencing at the moment.
5. You will have developed a strong network of contacts and will be a strong and motivational leader.
6. You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members.
7. This leading national law firm is viewed as one to watch in the market. The firm has a clear view over the next few years to grow via lateral hires and is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner who is focused on this sector.
8. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
