Support students with autism and additional needs, such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and sensory issues. Our therapeutic setting offers a curriculum for success and motivates children to succeed.
Work closely with the team to support classes of 3-7 pupils, engaging children in their education. A term-time opportunity starting immediately, Monday-Friday 08:30-4:30pm.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing teaching assistance according to weekly/daily/seasonal planning
* Working 1:1 with students
* Providing group and/or individual activities, planned by the teacher
* Working individually with learners to develop work
* Supporting the general well-being of learners
* Monitoring and evaluating students' learning under the guidance of the teacher
* Assisting teachers in using relevant management strategies
* Supporting all learners in their planned structured work
Key skills and experience needed:
* Ability to work with learners with various learning difficulties
* Willingness to learn and build relationships with learners
* Ability to work individually and as part of the team
* Flexibility in approach to education
* Experience working in SEND settings (desirable but not essential)
* GCSE Maths and English
