Our client is looking for a Chief/Quality Inspector to drive quality assurance strategies, lead a talented team, and ensure their products and processes meet the highest industry standards.
This role is on-site based in Devon. If required, a relocation package may be offered.
What you’ll be doing:
* Customer Interface: Be the quality expert, resolving complaints, driving root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
* Quality Leadership: Manage a dedicated Quality Control team, guiding performance, training, and development.
* Continuous Improvement: Utilize Six Sigma, 8D, and other structured methods to enhance processes and eliminate quality gaps.
* Quality Systems: Oversee and audit Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with certifications like ISO9001, AS9100, and EASA Part 21.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze metrics and performance data to recommend actionable improvements.
* Inspection Excellence: Develop and implement inspection plans, standards, and quality-related training programs.
