Aviva is seeking an experienced intermediary sales professional to join as a Telephone Account Manager.
This role may involve sales or customer service, but a passion for supporting intermediaries and promoting Aviva’s benefits and protection insurance is essential.
You will need to use various interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of ideas, activities, and outcomes, and be able to negotiate verbal agreements with our panel of accounts. A positive, proactive attitude is crucial.

Our account managers are recognized for their relentless activity and outreach. We are committed to maintaining a high frequency and quality of contact, utilizing all available resources—from telephony and social media to online presentations and email marketing.
Through these efforts, we showcase Aviva’s protection propositions, highlighting their benefits to maximize sales opportunities.
Account managers also focus on driving better value outcomes for Aviva through active engagement. This segment of adviser customers accounts for approximately 30% of all volume written in the adviser marketplace and is central to achieving profit and volume targets.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
A commitment to professional development, with minimum requirements of R01 & R05 or equivalent qualifications, to be achieved within the first 12 months if not already held.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent networking and collaboration abilities.
Adept at analyzing data to inform business decisions.
