We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to production schedules. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of print production. £13.18 per hour 09:00-17:00 (14:00 Friday) Monday to Friday NO weekends Responsibilities: Operate various types of printing machinery, including vinyl cutters, DTF and rhinestone setting printers. Set up and adjust printing machines for optimal performance and quality. Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to prevent downtime. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of production runs, including materials used and time taken. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations. Skills: Proficiency in operating printing machinery, with a strong understanding of print processes. (Training can be provided on the unique rhinestone setting machine) Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output with minimal errors. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Good organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Basic knowledge of colour theory and print design principles is advantageous. Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating effective communication skills. Familiarity with print production software (Adobe Illustrator/Cut Master and more) is a plus but not essential.
