Key Responsibilities As a Jacobs Field Operations Officer will be responsible for being the point of day-to-day contact for our agents that work out on the road, including all associated administration. This includes, but is not limited to: Providing advice and administration support to agents out on the road Data entry and system work Processing paperwork and stationery Reviewing agent visits to ensure they are completed as per deadlines expected Please note that administrative experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Experience of working on computer systems including Microsoft packages is essential.
