This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their career further within financial planning. We're looking for someone to join our Client Administrative team in Manchester who will provide ongoing administrative support to 2-3 Financial Planners while building strong relationships with their clients and delivering an excellent client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact.
* Liaising with operational teams where support is provided on activities, e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
* Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required).
* Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
* Have previous experience working within financial planning administration.
* Have experience of client engagement.
* Have an ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
* Exhibit a strong ethic of client service.
* Be studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification (preferred but not essential).
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
* Be able to fully plan your workload and display excellent organisational skills.
* Have the ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
