Service Delivery Lead Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week Salary: £44,838 - £49,820 per annum We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual with experience in service delivery or operations management to join our established organisation. In this role, youll ensure our services run smoothly and meet business needs by overseeing service delivery performance, managing KPIs, and planning service strategies. Youll handle day-to-day budget admin, including raising purchase orders, while identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency. Youll also work closely with customers, gathering feedback and resolving concerns, and collaborate with stakeholdersinternal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure services are delivered effectively and in line with organisational goals. Were looking for a Service Delivery Lead with - Proven experience in service delivery or operations management. - Demonstrable experience in budget management. - Practical experience in supplier and contract management. - Strong background in IT asset management and software licence administration. - Familiarity with service level agreement (SLA) management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. - A bachelors degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience and professional qualifications. You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
