Crockwell is a well established family run wedding venue in Northamptonshire. We pride ourselves on hosting exceptional events and providing a bespoke service with a hands on approach to planning and excellent customer service. We have a small team of highly talented individuals who will go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. A collaborative approach to work is essential in a close knit team. We take a proactive approach to Sustainability providing training to our team and driving change within the wedding industry. With our focus on quality over quantity, we host a maximum of three weddings per week.
Key responsibilities:
· ·Oversee all bar operations at Crockwell, managing a team of both permanent and casual staff throughout the year
· Provide extensive bar training including on sustainable practice and be a great team player, leading by example
· Be an approachable, helpful and friendly point of contact for couples and their guests on wedding days, ensuring all their drinks requirements are met
· Support our team with wine tasting and advise couples on appropriate drinks packages (training provided)
· Responsible for all ordering, stock taking and reporting
· Monitoring margins and agreeing price strategies with the owner
· Produce exciting, current and seasonal cocktail offerings
· Oversee and carry out all bar maintenance eg. line cleaning, deep cleaning, maintain coffee machine, ice maker and glass washer

Experience
Extensive hospitality and bar experience including managing a team. We are looking for someone with a great track record who is excited by the prospect of helping to deliver exceptional wedding days to our clients in collaboration with our highly experienced, energetic and friendly team.
Full time, 28 days’ holiday. We have a winter shut down and some holiday must be taken during this period, but not all. Weekend and bank holidays are expected work days.
