About the role - Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Company marketing strategy as well as owning day to day marketing tasks across three key areas: retention, referrals and new business. This is a brand new role within the business, with opportunity to develop and evolve as the business grows.
The main responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role include but are not limited to:
* Developing, managing, executing, tracking and reporting the annual marketing strategy
* Ensuring the website is up to date with relevant content and optimising SEO
* Managing LinkedIn and Instagram social media accounts with regular posts and tracking engagement
* Supporting the team on new business by creating brand collateral, presentation and pitch decks.
* Ensuring all marketing material maintains a consistent brand voice
* Producing, editing and promoting brand content
* Attending onsite events to capture key moments for content creation to build brand awareness
* Coming up with new marketing initiatives and sharing market insights to promote the brand and the team
* Continuously developing process improvements to ensure marketing communication is the most effective in line with new business targets
* Working closely with the Managing Director and wider team to ensure continuous improvement of the marketing function

The ideal Marketing Manager will have previous B2B marketing experience focusing on both hands-on day to day tasks as well as strategy. You will have experience of creating brand collateral for new business presentation, social media experience on both LinkedIn and Instagram and have worked on website marketing (including SEO). If you have previous event management marketing experience that would be a huge plus. Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has a passion for sustainability would be a great fit. Perhaps you might have experience as a Marketing Account Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or similar.
Please note you do need a full and valid driving license for this role because some of the events are not accessible via public transport.
