Youll be part of a small team making chocolates for local businesses while supporting young people with Autism or Learning Disabilities to build workplace skills.Its a busy but welcoming environment, where you can use your baking skills and do something that makes a real difference without giving up your weekday flexibility.The Role Involves: Piping chocolate into moulds (dont worry, youll be trained!)Adding fillings and prepping batchesHelping young people learn through doingPacking orders and maintaining food hygiene standardsBeing part of a supportive, inclusive teamIdeal for You If: You enjoy baking or decorating cakes as a hobbyYoure confident with hands-on, detailed workYoure looking for part-time hours with flexibility for school runs or other commitmentsYoud love to be part of a warm, purpose-led workplaceYoure open to learning about Autism and supporting othersYou have a driving licenceSome experience in food prep, catering or kitchens is helpfulbut not essential if you're a confident home baker.The Details: Part-time, weekday hoursBased near Knaresborough with free parkingSalary: £22,000 £25,000 (pro rata)A safe, nut-handling environment (please note this if allergic)Please apply via this advert we respond to everyone.
