Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospital are currently seeking experienced Physiotherapists to provide a high quality, responsive service for patients at Doncaster Royal Infirmary working as part of the physiotherapy practitioner service.
Main duties of the job:
1. Undertake the advanced practice assessment and management of complex musculoskeletal disorders
2. Teach/mentor physiotherapists/other colleagues
3. Administer peripheral joint and soft tissues corticosteroid injections
4. Order investigations such as bloods and X rays
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
* Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience working in the NHS
* Enhanced DBS
* Evidence of working at masters level or equivalent across all 4 pillars of advanced practice
* Experience of working with a variety of MSK disorders

Job description:
The post holder will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Occupational Therapy within the designated area. Manage a caseload of service users with complex needs, using evidence-based/person-centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
