The Recruitment Partner role: Providing an effective and customer centric talent attraction and selection service to our national refurbishment and maintenance contracting business. You will value working considerately and professionally with all internal and external stakeholders, adhering to best practice recruitment methods as well as IW and industry related polices, legislation and procedures. Core tasks will include: Conducting vacancy briefings with hiring managers at the beginning of any recruitment campaign Proactively engage in a variety of direct candidate attraction methods. Including but not limited to: CV databases/talent pools, job board CV sourcing, social and professional networking sites e.g. LinkedIn recruiter, job fairs. Keeping abreast of industry updates and our competitor markets to assist in your talent attraction methods and continuously identity top talent for Ian Williams Complete engaging adverts and related promotional marketing activities/ content to promote opportunities internally and externally. Conduct detailed candidate shortlisting against pre-determined selection criteria, telephone interviews, testing (where applicable) and present recommended shortlists to hiring managers for face-to-face interview scheduling. What will you bring as a Recruitment Partner? Recruitment consultant experience from within an inhouse of agency/consultancy environment with the ability to successfully manage a high-volume desk of permanent vacancies. If you have worked within property services, social housing or construction/maintenance related recruitment markets this would be advantageous. You will be confident and inquisitive in your ability to use Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn recruiter platforms to head hunt suitable prospective candidates. Above all, you will demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills, a professional but engaging demeanour, as well as describe yourself as solution focused and adaptable in your approach to recruitment.
