We are looking for an expert DE&I lead to come to giffgaff to continue setting the standard on what diversity, equity and belonging means in a modern workplace. Making measurable progress that makes giffgaff inclusive and allows giffgaffers to do their best work. This role will suit an individual who is comfortable with operating at a strategic level and rolling sleeves up to get stuff done.
As the DE&I Lead you will set the strategy for inclusion and belonging, and deliver against company wide goals. This will be done by collaborating and influencing team members, using a data- based approach to report on priorities and decisions.

Our bright and modern gaff is in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting isn’t your favourite, most of our roles can be hybrid or work from home, or anywhere in between. Plus all our giffgaffers come together at our legendary giffgaff summer, birthday and Christmas celebrations.
The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Proven experience as a deep subject matter knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Belonging.
2. Demonstrable experience in setting & executing DE&I strategies.
3. Experience of using data and insights to ensure data driven decisions.
4. Knowledge of working with and influencing collaborators across different areas.
