Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team for 25 hours a week (weekend working) on a permanent basis, working in our Extra Care Scheme in Nant Y Mor, in the North Wales area.
Working hours are as follows:
* Sunday: 8.00am - 1.00pm or 9.00am – 2.00pm
* Monday: 8.00am - 1.00pm or 9.00am – 2.00pm
* Tuesday: 8.00am - 1.00pm or 9.00am – 2.00pm
* Wednesday: 8.00am - 1.00pm or 9.00am – 2.00pm
* Thursday: 8.00am - 1.00pm or 9.00am – 2.00pm
This role provides the opportunity to be part of a team that delivers a high standard of cleaning services that make a difference to our customers. We want to hear from individuals who have a natural flair with people. Communication is key in this role, as you will need to be confident and friendly to all our customers. You will need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service and work in partnership with the housing and care teams to ensure the right service is delivered to people living in the schemes. This role will cover for annual leave and sickness and will involve both weekdays and weekends.
It would be desirable that you have experience of working in a cleaning capacity and an understanding of the health and safety and regulatory requirements. Although not a requirement, evidence of working within an establishment that provides care and support to residents and service users would be advantageous. More importantly, we are looking for someone who is flexible, keen to develop their skills, and has a genuine desire to make a difference.
