They are now hiring for a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales efforts of a busy SME insurance division. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Team Leaders and sales representatives
2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
3. Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling campaigns and offerings
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners
6. Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
7. Maintain regulatory compliance and stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a sales manager in the insurance industry, ideally within a high volume contact centre
2. Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills
4. Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance partners
7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
8. Self-motivated and results-oriented
9. Certification or qualification in insurance or willingness to work towards
