Role:
In the local Girlguiding district of Felbrigg (which covers Cromer and Sheringham), they are looking for some new adult volunteers for some of the units. The volunteering roles can fit around your skills, commitments, and interests. You don’t need to have been involved in Girlguiding before to make a big difference and find the role that’s perfect for you.
If you’re enthusiastic about great guiding, then you’ll make a perfect Unit Helper. You’ll provide valuable support to the Unit Leadership team. There’s no responsibility for planning or carrying out the programme in this role, but you’ll be key in providing the extra help needed to make unit meetings and events happen.
Time commitment:
A weekly commitment.
About the charity:
Girlguiding is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK. They empower nearly half a million girls to be their best and face the challenges of growing up today. More than 400,000 girls already meet regularly as Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, and The Senior Section.
