* Provide Project Management for implementation and roll out of all IT Application and Infrastructure initiatives at the site
* Ensure the success of all Business IT projects
* Ensure system / infrastructure / network uptime as per SLA
* Improve Customer Satisfaction Index for PPS Morpeth over previous year
* Aligning Business IT roadmap with Business roadmap
* Bring in the outside-in perspective, share industry trends and best practices from Pharma industries or similar with business stakeholders
* Keep site 24x7 audit ready and ensure zero 483 or equivalent audit observations
* Work with users to define user requirements, functional requirements and technical specifications and obtain business sign-off of requirements
* Review and analyze system requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates
* Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the Piramal IT Support Team & manage changes to such specifications
* Work with business users to review proposed design solutions and determine if solution meets business needs
* Work in tandem with central in-house IT teams / Center Of Excellence and IT Compliance teams
* Be the IT Compliance SPOC for the site, and work in tandem with the Central IT Compliance team
* Prepare & manage IT budget for each Financial Year
* Effective Governance / Tools for the Project / Program– incorporating Best Practices like Project Charter
* Ensure the tools and framework established for effective project execution are followed
* Liaison with key stakeholders across business and enabling functions to achieve the core objectives
* Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Program Status updates to the relevant stakeholders – as defined in the Governance framework
* Effectively communicate (both verbal and written) with Senior Management
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduation (desirable)
Certifications: PMP desirable
Relevant Experience
* Total significant experience which includes project management, client interactions, site visits, vendor management, business analysis, software application roll outs, testing and support
* Substantial experience of Pharma Manufacturing
* Knowledge of end to end SAP Implementation mandatory with overall understanding of processes in SD, MM, PP and QM. Knowledge on additional module would be an added advantage
* Experience in rolling out LIMS / MES (or both)
* Understanding of Quality systems like TRACKWISE, Document Management system required
* Thorough understanding of CSV process, CFR Part 11 compliance is a must
* Strong knowledge and experience in IT project validation
* Experience of working at domestic sites
* Experience of using productivity tools like MS Office suite & MS Project / Others is mandatory
* Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage project teams in different geographical locations.
* Experience in Waterfall and working knowledge of Iterative (Agile) Methodologies would be desired
* Experience in dual reporting would be desirable
* Understanding of API business processes
* Understanding of new age technologies like RPA, Chatbot, IoT
* Experiencing in data warehousing and reporting systems
* Expertise in managing multiple work streams (including IT and other cross-functional teams) as part of the project/program
* Experience of working in International geography
