FRG is actively seeking dedicated Relief Security Officers to become part of our team at one of our prestigious locations throughout England. The aim is to guarantee the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This position extends beyond just maintaining security; it’s about fostering a secure and inviting atmosphere.
Job Opportunity
* Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensuring safe access to buildings at all times
* Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting as requested
* Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
* Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
* Access / Egress control
* Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system
* Key Holding responsibilities
* Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks
* Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
* General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site
* Providing a high standard of customer service
* Being polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
* Having a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Essential Skills
* Valid SIA Licences (must have DS & preferably CCTV Licence)
* Security experience within a Warehouse setting is preferable
* Must be able to drive (must have own transport due to location of site)
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Be punctual and reliable
* High levels of written and verbal communication skills
* Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858
* Be comfortable patrolling long distances and being on your feet for extended periods of time
