Main Activities:
1. To plan and implement daily activities of the club to ensure the children’s needs are met and when required, supervise the safe escorting of children to ensure their wellbeing at all times.
2. To maintain the Club to an agreed standard of cleanliness and hygiene and to advise the Childcare Manager of any concerns e.g. regarding children, parents or the safety of equipment, preserving confidentiality as necessary.
3. To ensure high levels of food hygiene are maintained at all times in accordance with Safer Food Better Business guidance document.
4. To serve food prepared by the school’s external caterers.
5. To ensure that all relevant records are maintained and attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
6. To ensure all safeguarding concerns are logged and appropriately dealt with according to the school's Safeguarding Policy.
7. To undertake other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as determined by the Childcare manager/ Headteacher.
