MASH | Supportive Senior Management | £2000 Year 1 Bonus | Flexible Working Options Available
Are you keen to progress your career, but haven't yet found the right opportunity with your current employer?
Are you an agency worker looking to progress your career further, or a permanent member not getting the opportunity to step up? We understand that agency work is attractive for many reasons, and staying in a job you're comfortable in can be tempting. However, what can a change offer you?
As an assistant team manager, you will have previous management or supervisory experience within a Front Door/MASH Service, and/or substantial years’ experience working within a Duty & Assessment Team as a qualified Social Worker, having taken on tasks that demonstrate ‘stepping up’ into a management role.
You will work closely with the Team Manager, helping develop practice and supervise students and ASYE workers to promote best practices, while managing a protected caseload.
The package includes:
* Annual salary of up to £49,764
* An annual retention payment of £2,000
* Flexible working options
* Generous annual leave starting at 25.5 days and increasing to 30.5 days after five years, with the ability to purchase 10 additional days per year for added flexibility.
The Council is dedicated to providing timely support for every child, aiming to ensure a happy and fulfilling life.
