The ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects with frequent switching between tasks as part of day to day work is essential. The work of the team is interesting and varied, and cuts across a large range of Clinical Programmes. It involves working closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers, Service Improvement Leads and others across the programme teams. The Project Support Officer is a key contributor to the success of the team; providing high quality project and programme support with the ability to work on their own initiative with an open-minded, versatile approach. Must be willing to offer flexibility with regards to occasional early and late working hours.
