Role Overview We are seeking a Communications Manager to lead and evolve the marketing department. This individual will be responsible for shaping our clients global communications strategy, driving product awareness, enhancing brand visibility, and leading a dynamic marketing team. Working with Global Subsidiaries and colleagues, the Communications Manager will foster a collaborative environment for all geographies to work closely together to create and deliver the global communications strategy. The role will include Product Launches, Press Releases, targeting a worldwide market in multiple industries, including but not limited to Construction / HVAC and Electrical. The Ideal Candidate This role requires a strong, confident leader who can challenge the status quo, manage multiple marketing initiatives, and effectively communicate our Client’s unique product advantages. They must also be strategic, creative, and results-driven, with a passion for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and audience engagement. As well as understanding the value of a strong internal and external communications strategy and its execution, this individual will also be skilled at creating joint marketing campaigns with customers to promote success and good news.
