Inclusive Events Programme Manager (APJC), DEI Recruiting (Amazon Corporate Roles)
The Amazon Inclusive Talent Acquisition Strategy team is seeking an Inclusive Events/Sourcing Programme Manager to support the Senior Inclusive TA Strategists and collaborate with Recruiting Managers and recruiters to execute and grow a diversity events strategy as a part of the central APJC Amazon Inclusive TA enablement team. Our mission is to increase representation of under-represented talent across the multiple APJC countries that we operate in. Your stakeholder group will include TA delivery teams covering: Amazon Web Services (AWS); Advertising, IMDb, Grand Challenge (AIGC); Devices and Services (D&S); Artificial General Intelligence (AGI); and Amazon Entertainment (AE).
To be successful in this role, you are an analytical leader who relies on talent market data, can establish relationships, engage with senior leaders, and seamlessly support the planning and execution of both events and sourcing strategies, with a keen eye for measuring their ROI.
As an Inclusive Events/Sourcing Programme Manager you will be responsible for enabling delivery recruiting teams in attracting a diverse talent pool to join candidate events and enter the top of the hiring funnel. All of this should be with a focus on scale and enabling recruiters and recruiting managers to own the delivery of events and sourcing activity most relevant to their business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of end to end program ownership with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and, ideally, recruiting, from concept and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement. You must be able to formulate ideas and develop them into a broader vision, gain buy in from stakeholders and deliver upon it. You’ll need to have the balance to drive your initiative forward quickly while keeping stakeholders looped in, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating and sharing across the broader Amazon organization.
