Our client is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to lead and deliver their health and safety policy. The role is responsible for Health and Safety within a Manufacturing business so welcomes candidates with this background.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Working cross sites with internal team, customers and suppliers to develop and implement business wide decisions
* Ensuring compliance is adhered to at all times
* Carry out audits, delivering robust improvement plans where required
* Ensure accurate and timely investigation of all incidents/accidents, working with the management teams to
* Deliver H&S training to teams and ensure thorough understanding throughout the organisation
* Own all health and safety documents, policies and procedures
* Produce timely and accurate management information as required
* Advise on business improvement
Needless to say, you have the technical expertise, you're experienced in the practical application of regulations, legislation, policies and procedures, but to really excel in this role we're looking for you to demonstrate:
* A work history that demonstrates leading and delivering H and S policy
* Examples of where policy has been managed and adhered to successfully
* The ability to influence stakeholders and build upon existing policy
Based at across 2 sites, as well as Hybrid
