About the Role
As an operations and customer experience coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting managers and frontline colleagues across our Drivers and Customer Experience functions. This dynamic position involves a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient record keeping.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Ordering and distributing uniforms
2. Managing equipment requests
3. Raising purchase orders
4. Ensuring timely invoice payments
5. Reception duties
6. Assisting in coordinating staff medicals
7. Maintaining compliance trackers
8. Arranging transport and accommodation
9. Taking meeting minutes
10. Representing the management team in meetings
11. Supporting diary management
12. Booking meetings
13. Preparing agendas
14. Carrying out project work
This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, including regular travel across the TPE network at short notice and the ability to adapt working hours when needed. The position also involves some physical demands, such as walking and manual lifting.
You will also be responsible for:
1. Maintaining confidentiality
2. Producing monthly KPI reports
3. Managing spreadsheets
4. Posting notices in signing on points
5. Ensuring a safe and tidy working environment
6. Challenging unsafe behaviours and upholding safety standards
7. Providing excellent service to internal customers
To excel in this role, you must be highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in supporting management teams is required, and an academic qualification (or working towards one) is preferred. Professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively are key to success in this role.
The salary for the role is £32,170 per annum and interviews are scheduled to take place week commencing the 10th March 2025.
