About the Role
* Lead the planning, management, and delivery of Product roadmap items from concept to release.
* Embed Agile methodologies within development squads, ensuring processes are consistently followed.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor story progress throughout the Sprint and Release schedules
* Act as a Scrum Master, guiding delivery teams in a matrixed environment.
* Create and maintain a positive, empowering environment that fosters ownership, inclusion, and innovation.
* Balance team capacity across planned work, project tasks, and operational/ticket driven efforts
* Ensure that products and projects meet defined quality standards at every stage of development.
* Proactively manage project risks, resolving issues that could impact scope, schedule, or quality.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and output quality.
* Engage senior stakeholders, escalating risks, issues, and key decision points when necessary.
* Provide transparency and consistent communication through effective reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
About You
* Strong expertise in Agile project management, with hands-on experience in Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies.
* Proven experience in managing the delivery of SaaS product roadmaps.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Tenacious and proactive problem-solving approach.
* High proficiency in managing risk, resources, and cost/benefit analyses.
* Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) are desirable but not essential.
