If you are someone who is willing to challenge the status quo and apply a forward-thinking approach to support our profitable growth and has passion for understanding customer insights, what matters to them and how best to serve them, don't hesitate to apply Our business is growing, and we're looking for someone like you A bit about the job: As the Efficiencies and Insights Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of the capacity planning and service management of our newly transformed Broker Personal Lines Service Team. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the business has access to meaningful customer insights, by way of demand analysis and reporting, collation and reporting of Broker sentiment surveys and understanding feedback from across our Distribution teams, enabling us to continue with our transformation journey. To ensure our business remains on track for writing profitable business and complies with our Consumer Duty obligations, you will be tasked with implementing and maintaining insightful reporting against our key metrics and you'll be expected to demonstrate how they will work across a broad internal network of stakeholders to ensure that we fully understand our Aviva propositions and our broker partners to deliver against our collective objectives. Skills and experience we're looking for: Excellent data ingestion and analytics skills, with an ability to report these across all levels within Aviva. Comprehensive knowledge of operational planning and workflow management with the ability to present solutions to the challenges that may be presented. Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the key metrics, including financial, that are set by Aviva and how we can achieve these. Strong communication skills are essential, including the management of internal stakeholders and an ability to build positive relationships and influence others across a range of business areas and all levels of seniority.
