We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Dagenham. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children with special educational needs (SEN) to help them access the curriculum, develop their social and emotional skills, and achieve their full potential. Assist in the delivery of interventions and support strategies for students with SEN. Promote positive behavior and social skills, ensuring that students are supported in becoming independent learners. This is a full time role Monday - Friday. 08:30 - 16;00 Requirements To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will: Previous experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting A good understanding of a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
