We are looking for a member of staff who is able to work on their own initiative and has: a minimum of 5 GCSE A – C’s or equivalent including English and maths a Level 3 or above Teaching Assistant qualification experience of working with children in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 experience of teaching and planning interventions experience of assessing children’s progress a willingness to continue their own professional development a willingness to be involved in the life of the school and develop good relationships with parents and their children is essential for this Level 3 position This role will also include supporting children over the lunch time period. The successful candidates will be expected to be flexible over their working timetable and have a genuine desire to assist in children’s emotional development.
