Job Summary: As the Business Unit Manager, you will lead the Service and Process team within the Energy Division. Your role will involve setting and executing market strategies aligned with local and global business goals. You'll work cross-functionally with local sales teams and central business units to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and sustained growth.You’ll be responsible for sales target setting, performance tracking, and ensuring a data-driven, transparent approach through the use of CRM tools. You will also contribute at a strategic level as part of the Energy Division's management team. Key Responsibilities as Business Unit Manager: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals Lead business planning using market, customer, and competitor analysis Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities Set team targets and ensure delivery through structured processes Provide clear leadership and define team roles and responsibilities Promote data-driven working using tools such as OneCRM and OneBI Support direct customer communications and quotations Build and maintain strong relationships in focused market segments Contribute to personal and team development through performance reviews Collaborate across teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Key Experience as a Business Unit Manager: Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the energy or industrial sector Strong understanding of business planning and market strategy development Skilled in CRM systems and data-driven decision making Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
