* Full driver's license and comfort spending extensive periods on the road
* Full 5-year DBS checkable history (to enable airside passes to be arranged at airports)

Responsibilities:
* In this varied role, no two days will be the same. As a Field Service Engineer, I will need to demonstrate experience and understanding in the installation, troubleshooting and support of the following:
* SLA driven EPOS & IT Support into Hospitality, Retail & Healthcare outlets
* Diagnosis and rectification of EPOS, Networking, and IT issues
* IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) of EPOS, IT & Networking devices
* Physical installation of devices, including mounting and cabling
* Project work including AV, Digital Signage, and Customer Rollouts
* Providing on-site support services on EPOS, IT, and Network/Comms infrastructure, hardware, and software
* Timely and accurate paperwork completion
* Cabling Infrastructure (Cat5, Cat6, Wireless, etc.)
* Customer interaction and communications
