THE ROLE The Development Managers play a key role within the overall Carbon Capture programme within Evero, leading, supporting and delivering key components across the Evero investment pipeline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project manage opportunities through to final investment decision Develop new opportunities across the existing portfolio to monetise carbon emissions from carbon capture utilisation and storage (CCUS) Define project scope, costs, timelines, risks and other deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Create and maintain project business cases including participation in project economics Lead Evero’s engagement with trade associations and support engagement with government bodies, specific to carbon solutions, as subject matter expert REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCES We are open to considering applicants from a range of different industry backgrounds, it's not essential to have prior experience in the energy transition, de-carbonisation, renewables, energy generation, waste management or waste-to-energy fields, although it can of course be beneficial. We would however expect suitable applicants to match with at least some of the following; Demonstrable commercial acumen, with proven data analytics skills and an ability to manage and collate varied information sources to support your project(s) Experience in a similar or related role in the renewables, infrastructure, energy, or waste sectors Familiar with Excel investment models to navigate and understand key sensitivities to value Excellent English language written and verbal communication sufficient to meet the needs of a wide range of stakeholders Commercially astute, with proven data analytics skills and an ability to manage multiple sources of information Please note that we do not welcome any agency / 3rd party involvement or approaches on this vacancy until a time we deem to be suitable and at which point we will work with our preferred suppliers only.
