Location: Covering Devon and Cornwall
Package: £50-70K (Basic + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses), Fully Expensed Company Car or Car Allowance, Laptop, Tablet, Phone, Holidays, Contributory Pension
THE ROLE
Are you a naturally talented new business sales executive with a knack for identifying opportunities and driving results? We're looking for a dynamic, resilient individual with a proven track record in field sales (2-3 years minimum) who thrives on knocking on doors, getting past gatekeepers, and creating business opportunities where others see barriers.
You'll be responsible for consulting and selling advanced medical device solutions to dental practices across Devon and Cornwall. This isn’t just another sales role—it’s about digging deep, asking the right questions to uncover client needs, identifying pain points, and providing tailored solutions. You’ll engage with key decision-makers, build lasting relationships, and secure deals through persistence, influence, and consultative selling.
