The role:
Joining a Marketing team of 12 and reporting into a Head of Digital with a wealth of experience in some of the most well-known retailers, this role will take ownership of the CRM channel.
Responsibilities:
* Support on the development of CRM strategies with the aim to improve conversion and customer lifetime value across 4 main online territories.
* Own the build, execution and reporting of CRM journeys primarily across email, and lead in adding SMS to the plan.
* Conduct weekly and monthly reporting to understand and visualise to relevant stakeholders what is and isn’t working, turning your insights into actions.
* Support the wider digital team with the CRM aspect of the Marketing Calendar. This includes briefing into the creative team and proofing sends for approval.
* Build and optimise CRM segments within the customer database, ensuring to deliver the right message at the right time in the journey.
* Develop and launch customer insight strategies – including surveys – to better understand customers.
* Launch and track A/B tests across campaigns, automations and channels to ensure to continue to improve CRM activities.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Trade, Merchandising and the Customer Service team, to ensure seamless execution of CRM and email marketing.
* Monitor competitor campaigns within the market to inform future e-mail strategy.
What you will need:
* 2+ years’ experience in a CRM role.
* A strong analytical background using Microsoft Excel and GA4, as well as third party reporting tools are desirable.
* Experience using Klaviyo and Shopify Plus is advantageous.
* Highly organised and process driven.
* Comfortable recognising and adopting brand tone of voice when writing copy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
* Good stakeholder management.
