Job Title: Business Development Manager Salary: A very attractive daily rate (in the region of £300 p/d) plus monthly commission. Venue Location: Merseyside, however you can work wherever you like - remote, hybrid, or on-site. Overview of the role: As a crucial part of the team, covering a period of changeover, this role will involve leading in the growth of high value corporate events, private stays, and weddings. Proactively identify and target high-potential clients within the private event / golf sector. Build and nurture relationships with decision makers. Attend industry events and exhibitions being a visible brand ambassador. Effectively track and manage leads within their CRM. Research of competitor venues. Track your sales pipeline to deliver back to the CEO. And more Required skills and experience: Experience of working in a business development role within the luxury / high-end hospitality / events industry is highly desirable. Extremely self-motivated and experience of identifying potential new business opportunities. Exceptional communications skills, both in person and on the phone. Exceptional written communication skills. The ability to negotiate and influence with ease. Proficiency using a CRM. Full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential
