About the Role:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Welder Fabricator/Foreman to lead our team in Launceston, Cornwall.
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Salary: £38,750 - £43,500 per annum, depending on experience, with overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Welder Fabricator/Foreman, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and supervising a team of welders and fabricators
* Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
* Ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs of equipment
Working Hours:
The basic working hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
