As a Select Colleague, you will support our customers within the Private Banking segment. Daily activities within both Select & Private are focused on delivering a service that’s second to none, enhancing every interaction by discussing opportunities to deepen and grow our relationship, through conversations that add value and deliver the right outcome for our customers.
The difference you’ll make:
* Acting as the first point of contact for Select & Private customers over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answering customer calls into our Select & Private contact centre
* Building relationships and finding solutions
* Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
What you’ll bring:
These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face-to-face or a telephony background
* The ability to communicate effectively, coupled with a desire to truly support our Select & Private segment customers
* Identify suitable opportunities within Wealth Management & Insurance that help their money work better for them
* You will require the right to work in the UK
It would also be nice for you to have:
* A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers
* Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work
* Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations
* Ability to grow, adapt and change accommodating business needs and priorities
What else you need to know:
This role is based in Belfast, with a 35 hours per week, permanent contract. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday 12noon - 8pm, with the expectation of working 1 in every 6 Saturdays, with an alternative day off that working week.
