The Role:
Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Assistant
Salary: £35,000 (DoE)
Location: London - Hybrid working
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
* Assist the wider team to plan and organise vacation schemes and recruitment days.
* Organising and overseeing virtual and in-person interviews for graduates. Ensure candidates understand and complete the full assessment process and required materials.
* Manage and track relevant data around recruitment days/vacation days, supporting with data analysis for future strategy.
* Responsibility for candidate care throughout the processes, and providing feedback and working with the wider HR team to manage offers.
* Maintaining the ATS, website and internal hub pertaining to graduate recruitment information.
* Supporting the wider Early Careers and Recruitment teams when required.
What is the company looking for?
* Proven experience in a professional services environment
* A degree is highly desirable
* Strong Excel and other systems skills (or the willingness to learn!)
* Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and build networks quickly
* Creative thinker and project-driven individual
