As a Senior HR Consultant at KaneHR, you’ll provide expert HR advice and support to clients at a senior level, working closely with leadership teams to deliver tailored HR solutions. This is an exciting role for a fully CIPD-qualified HR generalist with extensive experience in managing complex employee relations cases, organisational change projects, and business-wide people initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted HR advisor and delivering exceptional service. Provide strategic HR advice to client leadership teams, contributing to their HR strategy development and project delivery. Oversee the delivery of HR support to client base, including recruitment, onboarding, data management, and compliance. Attend client sites to provide hands-on HR support and advice when needed. Lead on complex disciplinary and grievance cases, reorganisations, TUPEs, redundancies, and performance issues. Draft and review HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, procedures, and letters, ensuring legal compliance. Advise clients on settlement negotiations, engage with ACAS, and support Employment Tribunal preparation if required. Lead HR projects such as benchmarking exercises, engagement initiatives, and organisational change programmes. Deliver onsite training to clients on topics like onboarding, performance management, and absence management. What We’re Looking For: Fully CIPD qualified with extensive HR generalist experience, ideally in a client-focused senior business partnering role. Demonstrable expertise in managing complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and organisational change. Proven ability to provide pragmatic and adaptable HR advice to businesses across various industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence and advise senior leaders and business owners. Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple clients and priorities effectively. Commercially astute with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
