Purpose Of The Role
You will lead and coach our customer-facing colleagues, heading up our customer relationships across multiple brands and retailers.
* Deliver excellent relationships with clients, clear communication to the field and delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Drive profitable growth of existing business and the development of new opportunities, specifically across Retail clients and brands.
* Delivering the overall strategy for retail clients, with clear objectives on what the team will set out to achieve and how this will be delivered will be key to the success of this role.
* You will lead the Dee Set accounts team to ensure we are representing the Company as the UK's leading provider of end-to-end retail solutions.
* Ensure overall accountability for the account Profit and Loss (P&L), managing both sales and margins on both existing and new business.
* Identify growth and development opportunities for Dee Set services across retailers (new and existing business), plus specifically the development of new business within our Distributor Services offer.
* Responsible for managing, coaching and development of direct reports.
Key Areas & Responsibilities Of The Role
You will need to be a strong leader who is able to effectively motivate and lead a team to exceed customer expectations and targets.
* Be skilled in identifying new opportunities to improve current processes, to deliver a service that is more efficient and cost-effective for both Dee Set and the customer.
* Be commercially astute in setting business plans and targets, aligned to the overall strategy of the Group.
* Coach and develop direct reports to deliver persuasive and compelling business propositions.
* To build an annual budget to present to the Board and monitor performance on-going versus budget.
* Monitor, maintain and continually look to improve sales, profit and percentage margin.
* Identify opportunities for operational improvement to support and drive field team efficiencies.
* Able to use data to make business and retail client decisions.
* Influence at a senior level within retailers and customers alike.
* Manage effectively across Dee Set internal departments, working collaboratively with key stakeholders.
